ONLINE DRIVERS EDUCATION

Drivers education course is divided into the following easy steps:

Once you register and pay you will have access to the PENN online Drivers Education and Drug Awareness Information Program. When you register , you choose your own password and username to gain immediate access to the program. Tuition includes the entire program and DMV official certificate.. We will mail the original DMV certificate to you. This is a self-paced program. Your can complete the entire course at one time or in multiple sessions. When you would like to continue with the course you would simply log back in with your username and password at http://www.cadrivingschool.com/. Upon loging back in, you will be sent directly to the section you last completed. The course is divided into 10 sections. Once you read through the materials and answer the quiz questions, the program will grade the test and you will know immediately if you have passed. yes, it's easy and convenient. Upon completion of the drivers education course an official Department of Motor Vehicles certificate will be mailed to you.

The home study course is made up of two Programs.

Program 1

Priority Mail Envelop

A Red, whites, and blues cardboard pre-addressed Priority Mail envelope is included. Use the original envelope that materials were packaged in to return completed materials-if destroyed use manila envelope.

HOW TO COMPLETE COURSE WORK

Begin on Program 1. The worksheets will direct you as to what to read, where to locate answers, and when to test. To avoid course failure, ALL course work must be done in student's own hand writing or printing and must be legible. Pen or pencil may be used.

PROGRAM SUPPORT
When you receive the program there will be a telephone number to call and an email address for any question you may have.

GRADING POLICY WORKSHEETS
ALL course work must be done in student's own handwriting or printing and must be legible.

TESTING
Passing Grade=75% average or better. Only two (2) re-tests are allowed, if average of 75% or better on tests is not achieved initially. ($5.00 per re-test).

Testing must be administered by a parent/guardian of the minor. Student must not have access to any testing material until the corresponding worksheets have been completed and student is directed to test as indicated by worksheets.

Upon completion of testing, a parent/guardian must sign, date, and print parent/guardian California Driver License or California Identification Card Number on test answer sheets where indicated. This certifies that the student has completed the testing without help.

Programs must be completed, and postmarked within 30 days from the date you received materials. If student requires more time to complete the programs, the following fees and terms apply:

Time Extensions Fee
1 - 10 Days $15.00
11- 30 Days $25.00

Extension fees must be paid and submitted with the completed course work within the designated time, no prior arrangements necessary. Programs not returned completed within sixty (60) days from original date course materials were received will be considered a nonrefundable failure -- NO EXCEPTIONS.

4. Drug & Alcohol Awareness (2a) Worksheets and test are attached to the back. Return in the pre-addressed Priority envelope. Get a proof of mailing.

DMV CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF DRIVER EDUCATION.

Upon receipt of material it will take approximately 10 business days to correct.

A DMV CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF CLASSROOM DRIVER EDUCATION will be mailed upon successful completion of worksheet and testing. Otherwise you will receive a notice specifying why the certificate has not been mailed.
